Prices and shipping costs

Delivery of articles
To purchase an article, and thus to place an order, you will need to add the article to your shopping basket. You can then choose the number of items you wish to order. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order.
Delivery costs
Payment terms
Our products are subject to 6% or 21% VAT. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. The amount of any unpaid invoice will be increased by a 10% administration fee and a late payment interest on the amount due.
Prices
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
Payment
The invoice must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. The total invoice amount will be transferred to our account at COFEBA BE77 8691 0104 0742.
Complaints
Complaints must be formulated in writing within 3 days of delivery.
